- Shipping costs are determined according to the weight and dimensions of the package, considering the distance from our zip code to yours.
- We do not apply additonal handling fees.
- Shipping costs are not included in the cart total, as they can only be determined accurately once the order is filled, packed, and weighed.
- The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs.
- We do not offer international shipping, and our website is configured to restrict international orders.
- We are able to ship to freight forwarders, provided that the destination address is withn the United States.
- The shipping carrier used for the order will send the tracking number for your order via email after our daily system shutdown.
- If you wish to receive the tracking number via email, please make a note of this in the order comments section during checkout.
- While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics, holidays) may cause shipping delays.
